For the installation quality acceptance of copper water pipe, there is no corresponding construction quality acceptance specification to follow in China. At present, it is generally implemented with reference to the relevant contents of water supply pipeline in the code for construction and acceptance of heating and sanitation engineering. After the installation of copper water pipe, it is generally necessary to conduct appearance inspection and hydrostatic test. The main content of appearance inspection is to check whether the laid copper pipe is consistent with the design drawings. It shall be horizontal and vertical. For pipes with slope requirements, the slope shall meet the requirements. Whether the quantity and location of compensation devices, and the form, location and quantity of supports and hangers meet the requirements of design drawings and acceptance specifications. After the appearance inspection is qualified, the hydraulic seal test shall be conducted for the whole pipeline system to check whether the connecting joints of the pipeline are dense and have sufficient strength. The pressure drop of hydrostatic test shall not be greater than 0.05Mpa, then reduce the test pressure to the working pressure, and visually inspect the tightness of the whole pipeline, and it is qualified if there is no leakage.
